Bobbie took care of everything and I was able to make the move to the new room within just a couple of hours (and it was on the same floor, only a couple doors down)! The staff interactions we had were with people who are incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly! Even with a full hotel, we experienced a quiet room. We loved the design and spaciousness of the floor plans here.
